You pay $15 per unit per month β for every apartment, house, or commercial unit active on the platform. The minimum charge is $100/month, which applies to portfolios of roughly 7 units or fewer.
A one-time setup fee applies when you first bring a portfolio onto the platform. The fee is $500 for portfolios under 20 units, $1,000 for 20β50 units, and $2,000 for 50+ units. It covers data import, portal configuration, and team onboarding. If you add new buildings to an existing account later, no additional onboarding fee applies β the monthly per-unit rate starts immediately.
Choosing annual billing gives you one month free β equivalent to a ~8% discount. Youβre billed for 11 months up front at an effective rate of $13.75/unit/month, rather than 12 Γ $15.
Any individually leasable space β an apartment, a standalone house, or a commercial unit. Common areas and parking spots do not count.
The minimum monthly charge is $100, which corresponds to roughly 7 units at $15/unit. Portfolios smaller than this are generally not onboarded at this stage.
Monthly billing has no lock-in β you can cancel at any time. Annual plans are billed up front for the year.
