How does the percentage-based pricing work?+

We charge a percentage of the service fees you collect from residents each month β€” 2% on Starter and 2.5% on Professional. If you collect no service fees in a given month, you pay nothing.

What is the $300 property onboarding fee?+

Each property is set up once for a flat $300 fee. This covers importing your units, configuring your portal, and getting your team onboarded. There are no recurring platform fees beyond the service charge percentage.

What counts as a β€˜unit’?+

Any individually leasable space β€” an apartment, a standalone house, or a commercial unit. Common areas and parking spots do not count.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Is there a minimum contract length?+

No long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time.
